The Ludwig van Beethoven Music School offers music lessons for all ages in its core area. The youngest children start with parent-child courses, early musical education or in the children's choir. Instrumental lessons are offered from primary school age and vocal training can be started a little later.
Instrumental and vocal lessons usually take place on a weekly basis. They can be booked as partner lessons, individual lessons and - in selected subjects - as small or large group lessons.
Particularly gifted pupils can apply for admission to the Talent Academy and then benefit from an extended range of lessons.
Numerous ensembles for all ages, including choirs, orchestras, bands and chamber music ensembles round off the Bonn music school's offerings. As so-called supplementary subjects, these can be attended free of charge alongside instrumental or vocal lessons.
The Ludwig van Beethoven Music School of the City of Bonn is a member of the Association of German Music Schools and thus meets certain quality criteria, for example with regard to the training of its teachers. Its range of lessons is based on the structure plan of the music school association.
